- 1Place the floor grinder on a flat, stable surface in your work area.
- 2Connect the 25m extension lead to the grinder power cord โ ensure connections are secure.
- 3Plug the extension lead into a 10A power outlet.
- 4Connect the dust extractor hose to the grinder dust port (rear of machine).
- 5Switch the dust extractor to AUTO mode โ it auto-starts with the grinder.
- 6Fit your selected diamond grinding disc and ensure it is locked correctly.
- 7Hold the machine firmly before switching on.

- 1Wear your PPE: P2/P3 dust mask, safety glasses, hearing protection, closed-toe shoes.
- 2Ensure all bystanders are clear before switching on.
- 3Switch on and allow the grinder to reach full speed before lowering onto the surface.
- 4Lower the machine gently โ never drop it onto the concrete.
- 5Move in overlapping rows like mowing a lawn. Keep a consistent pace.
- 6Do not stop in one spot โ keep moving to avoid grinding too deep.
- 7After each pass, inspect the surface. Repeat over stubborn spots.
- 8Lift machine clear of surface before switching off.

- 1Switch the grinder OFF immediately before investigating.
- 2Check the power outlet โ the circuit breaker may have tripped.
- 3Check the extension lead at both ends โ ensure fully plugged in.
- 4Check for visible damage to the cord โ do not use if damaged.
- 5Ensure no sharp bends or kinks in the extension lead.
- 6Allow motor to cool 5-10 minutes if overheated.
- 7If power keeps cutting out, contact us immediately.
- 8Do not attempt to open or repair the machine.

- 1Switch OFF grinder and extractor before emptying.
- 2Wait 30 seconds for dust to settle.
- 3Wear your P2/P3 dust mask before handling the bag.
- 4Remove the dust bag carefully โ handle gently to avoid releasing dust.
- 5Double-bag the waste in sealed plastic bags.
- 6Never dry-sweep or blow out grinding dust โ always dampen first.
- 7Check and clear the filter if blocked.
- 8Refit bag securely before restarting.

- 1SILICA DUST: Always use H-Class dust extraction AND a P2/P3 respirator. Both required.
- 2PPE: Safety glasses, dust mask, hearing protection, and closed-toe footwear at all times.
- 3ELECTRICAL: Inspect cords before use. Never use if damaged.
- 4BYSTANDERS: Keep all people, especially children, away from the work area.
- 5IMPAIRMENT: Never operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- 6EMERGENCY: Injury โ call 000. Equipment issue โ contact us immediately.
- 7INSPECTION: Check grinding disc before each session for chips or cracks.
- 8RETURN: Photograph equipment before returning to protect your bond.
