Your information is used to process and manage your hire booking, verify your identity, issue your access code, communicate with you about your booking, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Identity Verification
A copy of your driver licence is required to hire our equipment. This is used solely for identity verification and is stored securely in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database storage and Stripe for payment processing — both comply with relevant security standards. Your data is stored in Australia where possible.
5. Access Codes and Smart Lock Data
We record access code usage for security and audit purposes. This includes the time and date the code was used to access our equipment location.
6. Third Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our business: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), GoHighLevel (CRM), and Seam (smart lock management). Each provider has their own privacy policy.

We may send you booking-related communications by email or SMS. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us.
